Getting error about intel virtualization technology on Installing Android -

i'm installing android studio in laptop. i'm getting error "system requirements meets intel virtualization technology (vt-x) not turned on." please tell me how fix it?? error getting android studio

did enable in bios? check if hyper-v options in "windows features activate or deactivate" deactivated
