sqlite - Bluetooth data transfert and device connexion -

i'm trying implement bluetooth funtion app. want send byte array app device using bluetoth. follow this tutorial but:

1. i can't list of paired devices.
2. i can't connect device (because of 1.) no device listed. , want data transfert occur on item click
3. how can tranfer jason file using bluetooth (connectedthred method.)

any help?
