3D multimodal medical image registration in python -

i have searched , found lot of 2d image registration images in python, not serve need. have several mri , ct images taken of same patient on time , wondering if had sample python code performing 3d rigid image registration these medical images.

try using mevislab easily. also, try fsl more robust results.
