Xcode 7.3 update through App Store not working -

i realise there few questions/answers , realise can download via developer page, says 7.3 installed ...

but when start xcode still previous version.

is there work around or have download fresh copy? slow connection rather avoid it.

sadly going have download fresh copy of xcode. same thing happened me , tried everything. restarting computer, closing in force quit applications , tons more , nothing worked. fresh install option you.
