with following url can post new releases repository of mine. personal access_token can grant required permissions
https://api.github.com/repos/myuser/myrepo/releases?access_token=dasdasdsfdsffsdfdsfs23131 but when repository owned organization seems not work , 404 result ( assume access_token doesn't suffice here).
i'm company administrator user permissions should enough.
are there hints must differenz when looking @ organizational repositories?
do have admin/owner permission repo?
