i using transactions api create refunds, using order api cancel order. cancel part generates confirmation email customer according have set our template fine, however, refund email never sent. if refund order manually through admin portal, email sent, not via transactions api.
this email should sent automatically, without having send in "notify_customer" parameter, correct?
