Plaid MFA response incorrect using long tail institution -

i using plaid service , i'm trying initiate "step" call on "mountain america credit union" longtail search.

when it's ask mfa(question based) on entering wrong answer allows me register or give response listed below:

response:{    code = 1200;    message = "invalid credentials";    resolve = "the username or password provided not correct." } 

thing entering wrong mfa response plaid

response:{     code = 1203;     message = "invalid mfa";     resolve = "the mfa response provided not correct."; } 

why longtail search getting error?

any 1 have faced issue? if yes please me
