asp.net - Hot do I create a Web Site Project in Visual Studio 2015 -

how create web site using visual studio 2015? don't see web site in list of project templates.

my intention create user control can dynamically added content management system

there seem @ least couple of ways of doing this.

if have project , wish add website can right click on solution in solution explorer pane bring context menu, add > new web site...

if wish create new project , add web site it, seems can create project of type , add web site using instructions i've provided.
